Ace Erlich built the company to sell the best quality fresh poultry, and watched as Erlich Foods grew alongside the poultry industry. In 1970 Erlich Foods became a family operation in the truest sense, when Ace’s nephew, Rueben Erlich, and his best friend, Jim Weston, joined the firm. This second generation helped establish frozen poultry exporting as a major part of the business. In 1978, Rueben and Jim purchased the company from Ace, and have taken Erlich Foods forward to become a leading jobber and exporter of raw commodity and further processed poultry across the globe. Erlich Foods also offers products packed in their Sunset Farms brand, and exclusively represents Sunday House, Snow Ball and Health is Wealth brands for export.Now in their 65th year and still true to the original philosophy, Erlich Foods continues to focus on quality products resulting in satisfied customers.
